Single Account Policy
Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the obaje Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform. If you suspect that someone has created an account in your name without your consent, contact obaje support immediately.
Account Registration and Verification
To access the full range of services on the obaje Platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Registration Information
You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number as your primary account identifier and create a secure password. You agree to keep all account information up to date and to notify obaje promptly if any information changes, particularly your registered mobile number. obaje reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any time in accordance with applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. You must not share your username, password, or any other account access information with any third party. obaje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must change your password immediately and notify obaje support.
Identity Verification (KYC)
obaje operates KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures as part of its commitment to platform integrity and compliance with anti-money-laundering standards. obaje reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid national identity document, a utility bill or bank statement confirming address, or confirmation of ownership of any payment method used. Deposits and Withdrawals
The following terms govern all financial transactions on the obaje Platform, including deposits of funds into your obaje account and withdrawals of funds from your obaje account to your nominated payment method.
Deposits
The minimum deposit on the obaje Platform is ৳100 (one hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits may be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and select Bangladesh bank transfer services including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. obaje does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits are credited to your obaje account balance upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider, which typically occurs within seconds for bKash and Nagad.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal from the obaje Platform is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and must use the same payment method as the deposit where technically possible. obaje does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. obaje aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours; in practice, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within minutes. obaje does not charge any fee for withdrawals; however, the Player's payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Transaction Records
A full record of all deposits and withdrawals associated with your obaje account is maintained and accessible via your account dashboard at any time following login. If you believe a transaction record is inaccurate, you must notify obaje support within 30 days of the transaction date. obaje's records are presumed accurate in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
obaje may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, and to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer activation. Where general terms and specific offer terms conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by obaje are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover), which specifies the total wager volume that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated at the point of activation. obaje will not process a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds until the wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the offer; bonus funds that expire before the requirement is met will be forfeited.
Bonus Eligibility
Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Players as specified in the offer terms. Bonus Expiry
All bonuses and free spins issued by obaje carry an expiry date, which is communicated at the time of issuance. Bonus funds, free spin winnings, and any associated wagering progress that have not been utilised or completed prior to the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of the expiry conditions applicable to any bonus they have accepted.
Responsible Gaming
obaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that support Players in managing their gaming activity. obaje provides the following voluntary self-management tools to all registered Players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (temporary access suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud and Money Laundering
You must not use the obaje Platform for any fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to: using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; depositing funds obtained through criminal activity; using the Platform to launder money or circumvent financial reporting obligations; or making chargebacks or reversals on deposits after those funds have been used to place wagers. obaje cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any investigation into fraudulent activity.
Cheating and Game Manipulation
You must not attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market, or other feature on the Platform through any technical or non-technical means, including but not limited to: using automated software, bots, or scripts; exploiting software bugs or errors; colluding with other Players to fix outcomes; or using information obtained through any form of cheating or deception. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided and forfeited.
Misuse of Bonuses
You must not exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any bonus or promotional offer. This includes registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or engaging in any pattern of play that is designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming participation. obaje reserves the right to withhold or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified.
Account Suspension and Termination
obaje reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any Player account at any time. The following sets out the circumstances under which obaje may take such action and the consequences that apply.
Grounds for Suspension or Termination
obaje may suspend or terminate a Player account where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has provided false or misleading registration information; the Player is found to be under 21 years of age; obaje suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on the account; or the Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance. In cases involving suspected fraud or money laundering, obaje will suspend the account and retain the associated funds pending investigation.
Voluntary Account Closure
A Player may request voluntary closure of their obaje account at any time by contacting obaje support via live chat. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance will be transferred to the Player's nominated withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and provided no outstanding withdrawal restrictions are in place. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the obaje Platform, including but not limited to: the obaje brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface layout, text, images, software, game content supplied by third-party providers under licence, and all other materials accessible via the Platform, are the intellectual property of obaje or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. Unauthorised use of obaje's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, obaje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming winnings due to technical error or Platform unavailability; loss of data; loss of revenue; or any other form of economic loss, whether or not obaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, obaje's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your obaje account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
obaje does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond obaje's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. obaje will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will communicate planned maintenance periods in advance where possible. No compensation will be provided for losses arising from Platform downtime except in cases of demonstrable obaje fault where specific funds were lost as a direct result.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and obaje, you should first contact obaje's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] to seek resolution informally. obaje will endeavour to resolve all complaints and disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
Amendments to These Terms
obaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, obaje will notify registered Players by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying Players via their registered contact method. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the obaje Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the voluntary account closure procedure described above. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. obaje recommends that you review these Terms each time you access the Platform.
